A Message from @Risk, LLC

Angelo Coleman“A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be.”
~Rosalynn Carter

It takes great vision and a global mindset to transcend the typical boundaries of the status quo. @Risk LLC was built upon the basis of transformational leadership. We embrace the art of inspiring others to create a positive change by following a vision that has been clearly conveyed, to a place that produces exceptional results. We pride ourselves on being dedicated to this cause, by exhibiting passion and commitment to create successful outcomes.

"Where there is no vision, the people perish" (Proverbs 29:18). Most organizations crumble due to a lack of solid guidance. Authoritative power is no substitute for effective leadership, although many often confuse these two aspects. An effective leader, leads out of hope and confidence. While one who overly exercises authoritative power leads by producing fear.

Nikkya ColemanHarold Winston said it best by proclaiming that “He who rejects change is the architect of decay. The only human institution which rejects progress is the cemetery.” We, at @Risk LLC, embrace the challenge incorporating smart growth principles. We challenge employees to think outside of the box and accept a path that is not typically treaded.

A great corporation must take risk, which enable it to excel beyond the everyday comforts that provide safety and security, to reach a place of greatness and significance. Anyone can create a change, but to create a positive change, one must inspire others to reach beyond their limits and shoot for the stars. Our employees understand that “Success is Outstanding, but Significance is our Primary Goal”. We strive to provide what has become known at @Risk LLC, as the “Three E’s”: Exemplary Leadership, Exceptional Service, and Extraordinary Results. For we realize that, it is not when we shoot and miss that we fail to accomplish our goals, but when we never attempt the shot that defines the tragedy.
