@Risk, LLC is excited to serve the Huntsville Metropolitan area by launching STEM for Kids, an innovative program designed to help students cultivate an appreciation for Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math. Participants will be exposed to a challenging, hands-on, intellectual learning environment. @Risk, LLC has partnered with Sci-Quest to allow students to take part in an interactive fun-filled working session, which will introduce them to the core components of the STEM disciplines, while also enhancing their reasoning, predicting, hypothesizing, and problem solving skills.
According to the United States Department of Education:
- Only 16% of American high school seniors are proficient in mathematics and interested in a STEM career.
- The United States is ranked 25th in mathematics and 17th in science among industrialized nations.

Technology driven accelerated math concepts based on the Alabama Core Standards.

An in-depth look at the world of science through observation and hands-on experimentation.
